Shannon has a passion for dogs. She calls herself the “dog mom.” She wanted to wear her “dog mom” hat, for this photo, but I refused. Shannon isn’t your typical dog breeder. A pathologist, a mother of 5, and master of 4 dogs, is just the start. She is “obsessed” with learning about genetics in dogs. Everything from breed specific health issues and how studying them can sometimes help diagnose human disease (it happens!), to behavior traits and color genetics. She’s trying hard to crack the color code to help us determine what colors of mommies and daddies will produce the most amazing looking puppies. Shannon will carry on Winnie’s legacy, with Zinnie. Zinnie is a puppy from Winnie’s last litter and will be an AwesomeDoodle momma to F1B puppies in the future. We’re so happy Winnie’s genes will live on.
Shannon is teamed up with her mom, Dana who is retired from an Ob/GYN office and is now lucky enough to stay home with her three fur babies. She lives in Toledo, Ohio and is a master griller and gardener. She makes the most amazing homemade salsa, pesto, jalapeño mustard and pesto right from her own garden.

Dixie
Dixie is available now to a home within one two hours of Bryan, Oh. Dixie is one of our tiniest AwesomeDoodle soon to be mamas. If there is one word to describe her, it's spunky. She has 3 older doggie siblings in the house, Zinnie, another of our mamas, weighs 45 pounds and two Old English Sheepdogs who each weigh 80-90 pounds. At 10 pounds, Dixie keeps them all in check. What she lacks in size, she more than makes up for in speed, agility, and stamina. She runs circles around them. Even though she seems to never run out of energy when it's time to play, she is calm and laid back when it's time to relax inside. Zinnie
Zinnie is a blue merle AwesomeDoodle and her parents are Winnie and Cash, two of our most amazing pets. Winnie is the Australian Shepherd that started it all and we are also excited that Zinnie will carry-on her legacy of producing some of the smartest, most intuitive and affectionate puppies that we’ve seen. She lives with Shannon, Maya and three other dogs; two old English sheepdogs, Hendrix and Piper, and our up and coming toy Australian Shepard, Dixie. Watching them play and herd each other in the yard is the best part of my day. Zinnie is super athletic. She’s fast and agile but she’s also always the one getting chased because she makes the rules and she outsmarts everyone. Puzzle
Puzzle is adorable and her pictures don’t even do her justice! Her eyes are such a pretty blue and her coat is impossibly soft and thick. She came to us as an 22 lb. adult and had not been socialized very well. She’s a different dog now though! It’s her job to alert us when someone comes to the door end it takes all of 30 seconds or so before she’s rolling on her back asking for a belly rub. She’s a moderate energy dog overall. She’s likes to be outside especially if it’s not too hot. When it’s hot out, she likes to lounge around in the kiddy pool.
