Congrats to: Barbie and family on this Black Tuxedo F1 AussieDoodle puppy.

"Our little Indigo Otter (Otter for short) has been quite a handful, but we are so thrilled with him."

Bali

Congrats to: Frances and family from Trujillo Alto, Puerto Rico on this Blue Merle w/ White & Copper F1 AussieDoodle puppy.

"Bali is doing great! Crazy time has been minimum, we have a 11 yr old Westie and they love each other, she is obsessed with him LOL. She learns super quick, anything you teach she will learn the first time right away. She is now about 6.5lbs, still wondering how big will she get. She has truly brought tons of joy to our home, she is super loving and such a good girl! She just got her 3rd round of vaccines so hoping to start training classes soon."

Ivy

Congrats to: Kim and Caden in South Carolina on this Red Merle w/White F1 AussieDoodle puppy.

"Ivy is doing great.  She sits, makes eye contact and comes when called.  She is very smart and is super sweet.  She has been a great addition to the family.  We have another dog Leia that is a mini dachshund and during puppy crazy time she takes the brunt of the excitement but she has been a great older/smaller sister.  So far everything is going very well!!!  We are so thankful for such a great puppy.  She really is an Awesome Doodle!!"

Arnie

Congrats to: Ashlynn and Seth on this Red Merle w/ White & Copper F1 AussieDoodle puppy.

"Arnie is doing great! He is just so adorable! He's growing like a weed though! He has the occasional accident but has been doing really well with potty training. He hasn't had an accident in his kennel since the first week or two we had him home, which is great! He is such a smart boy! It's crazy how fast he has learned phrases. He is already an expert at "Arnie come" (but you better have a treat when he gets there ha!). He will come over to you and sit down like a good boy! I've even tested him when he's playing in the yard with our other dog and he still comes. I can definitely tell he's teething. Especially just in the last couple days he's started to try to chew on anything he can get his mouth on. He has a few ropes and balls that he loves to chew on so I just redirect his biting to those and it works really well. We start his first puppy class on Saturday and I can't wait to see how he does! I really want to start working with him on loose leash walking because right now he does not like walking on a leash at all. The puppy class will be awesome for him though: burn some energy and make some more pup friends! Thanks again AD for such an amazing pup!" - Ashlynn

Emma, the Toy Size Blue Merle AussieDoodle Puppy

Congrats to: Peter and Gwen on this Blue Merle F1 AussieDoodle puppy.

"Emma remains a very positive addition to our family. We have so much fun watching her gleefully carrying branches around the yard, pouncing on passing leaves, proudly bringing back her fetch toy, and running through her tunnel countless ways.  I promise, we are not encouraging her to get excited, but she is just hysterically funny when she has her crazy times – running in circles, grabbing one toy and then the next! I think her record is holding three toys in her mouth while running around the chairs, under the table and jumping on and off the couch! (She is allowed on the couch).  She really makes us laugh; what a little handful of joy she is!  At other times, she is a little lover, giving us little licks as she sits on our laps and cuddles with us on the couch. We couldn’t love her more! She definitely knows her name, plays “go get it,” sits quietly and consistently for treats, comes most of the time when called, is starting to get the idea of “stay,” and even rings the bells sometimes when she wants to go outside!!  We have a friend who has had a lab for almost a year and a half, training him to be a seeing eye dog. Next week, she will drop him off in NY for his final training.  She just loved Emma, and told us that Emma is much further along with her socialization and training than her foster dog was when he was 12 weeks old.  She thought that Emma definitely has the temperament to make a fantastic service dog! Emma loved playing with her and being held by her. Emma is such a good girl with new people, very friendly and gentle with them. We continue to take her various places and she is always very friendly, wagging her whole little behind to greet new friends.  Emma is also very comfortable in her car carrier. She doesn’t make any noise when we put her inside.  She will be starting Puppy Kindergarten this Thursday and I have signed up for a Puppy Playdate group on Saturdays, so she will get used to being around other dogs.  It should be a fun week for her and me!! "   -- Gwen and Peter

Easton Red Bi AussieDoodle Boy

Congrats to: Lauren and Eitan on this Red Bi-Color puppy.

"Made it back to St. Louis! Drive was pretty smooth. 2 potty breaks, no car sickness, and no accidents. After a few challenging nights, last night was much better.  Easton has a lot of energy and I think we just weren't getting him tired enough.  We played with him in the backyard to the point of exhaustion and then some - we even just walked in circles around the backyard for a while and he followed us around the whole time.  By the time it was bedtime, he went in his crate (somewhat reluctantly), whined for about a minute and then passed out for about 6 hours.  Even then he just rustled around a bit then sat quietly waiting for me to get him out.  His whining has decreased significantly and we're just working diligently on getting him to like his crate and getting him very tired.  He's an active little pup so we're making sure to play with him accordingly!  He's such a sweet, good boy otherwise.  Definitely responds well to the clicker and sits and lays calmly, accepting treats gladly when he does!  Here's some pictures of him loving the backyard and all his toys, and hanging out with his dog buddy Nash" Lauren and Eitan

Nova

Congrats to: Kevin and Lisa from NH for choosing this sweetie! on this Blue Merle w/ White & Copper F1 AussieDoodle puppy.

Nova is 4 months old! Thanks so much for your support as we transitioned Nova to her new home.  Favorites: We now have a fenced in yard.  Nova loves playing outside and running freely -this  has helped with her puppy energy (crazy time).  One of her favorite this to do is play with her nerf football-- if the toy squeaks she loves it!  She loves playing in the water and now has a DIY water spout for refreshment.  Dislikes:  Nova is not a fan of the nail trimmer and she has been a picker eater.  We did a trail of NomNom-- and plan to switch her off kibble. Socialize: She has play dates with her friend, Charlie Brown  and has met many family members and neighbors.  She travels with us everywhere we go--she loves getting treats from drive thru windows.   SuperSmart: Nova has done well with the basic commands (sit, down, come, leave it, off, stay, bring it).  She loves the DIY step on doggy water faucet. Overall we feel Nova is going great and we are glad that she is part of our family!  Thanks so much awesome doodle family!! --Lisa

Teddy

Congrats to: Nanci and Paul on this Blue Merle w/ White & Copper F1 AussieDoodle puppy.

Teddy has been home now for five days and has settled in really well. He and Hank hit it off right from the start. Teddy was never in to the litter box and since we are home all the time, we went right to house training. He does his business the second we get outside almost every time we go out. He also pees in the house if that’s where we are when the need arises. Of course, he hasn’t peed in his crate or pen. He copies Hank often. If Hank takes a drink of water, Teddy takes a drink of water. I expect that pattern will extend to other behaviors as well in the future. These two doodle pups spend almost all of their time together. Hank is completely smitten with his new little brother. Our Veterinarian appointment went perfectly. There are no issues at all with his health. Teddy sleeps from 11:30 pm to about 6:30 am every day without needing anything. It probably helps that Hank lays next to his crate for a while after he goes in. Unlike Hank, he doesn’t eat much. He loves the roasted chicken bits we use for training. We recognize how lucky we are to have a puppy that received all of the love and care Teddy received from Lois, Mike and their boys. He is a happy, healthy puppy and we love him so much! - Nanci and Paul

Romie

Congrats to: John and Santhi in California. on this Red Bi-Color F1b AussieDoodle puppy.

"Romie is beautiful, intelligent, well trained and just a blast to be with. He is crazy over any kind of game with a ball or frisbee (yes, he jumps and catches mid air). He is extremely social and friendly to all people and other animals. I spent significant time training Romie and it has paid off well. Romie and I walk extensively (average 6+ miles / day). Romie walks everywhere with me Off-Leash, even in areas of traffic. He is trained to not step foot in the street and he stops at corners without command, waiting on my release." - John

Kobi

Congrats to: Rachel and family from Hoboken, NJ on this Phantom Blue Merle F1 AussieDoodle puppy.

"Kobi is the sweetest dog ever. He is so smart - consistently ringing the bells and tells us when he needs to go outside to go potty. He is so amazing. We love him to pieces. He also loves toddlers and babies!!! Every single little kid he sees he runs up to say hi to! It’s adorable. And every single person he meets he also runs up to say hello to! The most friendly guy in town!"

Magic

Congrats to: Anthony and Hibo in California on this Red Tri-Color F1 AussieDoodle puppy.

"This has been a great experience. Thank you for all the emails/updates. We have learned so much within the late few weeks. We will keep you updated."

Lexi

Congrats to: Lisa in South Carolina on this Black Tuxedo F1 AussieDoodle puppy.

"We are home after a 10 hour marathon.  Lexi did wonderful on the drive.  She is a little whiny at the moment but is starting to settle down.  Very clingy but I am trying to wear her out before bedtime.  She is so adorable I can hardly contain myself!"

Brandi

Congrats to: Joyce and Don in North Carolina on this Black Phantom F1 AussieDoodle puppy.

"Brandi is settling in nicely and seems like she is feeling at home here in her new house with her new humans!  We love her! She is a champ at night- mostly sleeping through the night!   Our othe dog (a Schnoodle) is being very cautious - so far she is mostly interested in observing Brandi.   Keep the articles coming-we’ve finding them very helpful!"

Gidget

Congrats to: Melissa and family from Charlotte Hall, Maryland on this Blue Merle w/ White & Copper F1 AussieDoodle puppy.

"Gidget is a wonderful puppy. She sits by nonverbal command, is learning to wait until allowed to go through door or eat, and continuing to work on place, down and come. She has yet to nip or bite us, but I think big sis, Sofie, gets it all (bonus to have two AussieDoodles). She also sleeps through the night (8-10 hours)- even if she drinks water before going to bed. Overall, our second AussieDoodle experience is wonderful! Natalie did a wonderful job!" - Melissa

Hobbs

Congrats to: Bob and Carolyn in Pennsylvania on this Black Bi-Color F1 AussieDoodle puppy.

Rusti

Congrats to: Jamie and Jim on this sweet girl! on this Apricot Tuxedo F1 AussieDoodle puppy.

"We couldn’t be happier with Rusti!! She is so smart & ‘catches on’ very quick!!  No accidents(yet) & We cant believe how well she slept in her crate last night!!!! Unbelievable- 6-1/2 hours & Jim woke her up!  She only cried for 12 minutes! She IS A DOLL! She met all our family unit yesterday- and handled it beautifully.  I still cant believe how quickly she has ’taken’ to us & is very well behaved, comfortable , spunky & playful.  We will see our vet on Tuesday.  She IS a velcro pup for sure - she follows me everywhere:)"

Rocket

Congrats to: Ted and family from Demarest, NJ on this Black Tri-Color F1 AussieDoodle puppy.

"I know every new family says their puppy is the best but I have to say he is! 😊 he is so smart!! He goes into the crate at night on his own and without a treat! And is holding out til around 6/6:30 am if we put him in around 11!"

Bentley

Congrats to: Sarah and family from St. Louis, Missouri on this Phantom Blue Merle F1 AussieDoodle puppy.

"Bentley is doing well!! He is super confident and not much scares him. His puppy crazy time is super crazy and he loves to puppy bite but it’s slowly getting better. He loves to chew on bully sticks (in our laps:)), play with his stuffed bear, and go on walks. He also likes bath time, especially when I put a little peanut butter on the bathtub wall. Right now he does not like getting in his crate for bedtime, and does not like pooping outside. Both of these things are slowly getting better but they are taking a lot of time. To socialize him in the time of covid I took him to Home Depot and pet store a lot in a pet carrier, as well as going through a drive thru with him on my morning coffee runs. He is super smart and remembers things well. He also loves puzzle toys and figures them out quickly! Training has its ups and downs but he is slowly getting there. He is getting much better at sitting on command and loose leash walking. He starts puppy daycare and training in two weeks once he is fully vaccinated!! He has brought so much joy and laughs to the family already and we can’t wait to watch him continue to grow into a wonderful dog. Thank you so much for the help and guidance along the way it has helped so much!!"

Rae

Congrats to: Diane and family from Queen Creek, Arizona on this Black Phantom F1 AussieDoodle puppy.

"After an 18 hr round trip🛫🛬 journey, Rae is home 😃💖 Can’t say enough about Diane and Morgan🙏🏼 Rae is confident, a snuggler, smart as heck and full of vim and vigor (lots of positive energy🤪) Couldn’t ask for for a sweeter puppy and a better experience! Makes the waiting well worth it!!" - Diane

Betsy Ross

Congrats to: Jim and Shauna in Canada on this Black Tuxedo F1 AussieDoodle puppy.

"Betsy had her last puppy vaccination and weigh in, today Betsy weighs 13.6lbs, all legs. Our vet is so in love with Betsy, as she has raised Australian Sheppards, but, Betsy is her first Aussidoodle, she's very curious. Betsy has mastered potty training, we also have the nipping under control, sleeps through the night in her crate. I'm crushed that she prefers her crate to our bed, but, whatever makes Betsy Ross happy. Although, she does love a afternoon snuggle with her mom. The joy this little girl gives us is endless!! Betsy is the smartest, most affectionate, well behaved puppy,  also, quite the comedian and trickster. I know you have heard all this before from each of the Awesomedoodle families. Thank goodness! Betsy Ross is the perfect puppy for Jim and I, we are so in love. I tell myself that she reached out from that first picture and picked us not that we picked her. This was a match made in Heaven!!!  Now that Betsy has had all her vaccinations we will be hitting the trails, lakes, oceans and mountains, Betsy has so much to explore!! The world is waiting for Betsy Ross." "Betsy is settling in with Jim and I perfectly, we love her so much. We are so proud of our little girl!! There hasn't been not one accident and she slept through the night. She just loves to play with her favorite toy, Dolly, and snuggle with mom and dad. First dislike, wind. LOL .We'll keep you posted."

Luna

Congrats to: Traci and family from California on this Black Bi-Color F1 AussieDoodle puppy.

"Loving all these tips! Our Luna is doing amazing - she is the sweetest pup, and it seems she got mama Sydney’s calm nature, yet also a bit of spunk! We love her so much and couldn’t be happier - thank you!!"

Luna

Congrats to: Kathryn on this Black Tri-Color F1 AussieDoodle puppy.

I can't believe the pups are already 4 months old!  Luna's favorite things:  hugs and kisses; hiking (first hike today, and she's already acting like a pro); every single treat she's ever tasted; chewing on my hair (haha); tug of war with Lexi; posing for the camera; and just life in general--she' the happiest puppy. She's definitely a little smarty pants. She's basically completely potty trained--now, rather than me taking her out regularly, she actually asks to go outside by whining at the door; I can't even recall the last time she had an accident.  She has sit, down, look, stay, and come all nailed, including with distractions (so she will sit and stay even when Lexi is running around and out on the trail today). In case you can't tell from my gushing in emails and on the 'gram, I am completely in love with her.  She captured my heart.  It makes me tear up just writing about her because she's just that special to me.  We have a deep and special bond already.  Every single person who has ever met her has commented on how incredible her temperament is.  I've also never seen such an affectionate dog before.  I don't think I'll ever have any dog other than an aussiedoodle (from AwesomeDoodle) for the rest of my life.- Kathryn

Lola

Congrats to: Pamela and Christopher in New York on this F1 AussieDoodle puppy.

"She always got cooing and such from passersby, but now I can't even walk around the block! I could see the gray coming in under the black, but once the black was gone she was completely gray with a lot of white and a little tan on her front paws and face. On Sunday afternoon she literally stopped the whole block and a group of people surrounded her - petting and cooing and giving tummy rubs and asking all about her breed. Then yesterday a UPS truck driver literally pulled over to stop, ask if he could pet her and got out just to find out what kind of puppy she was!"- Pamela

Tulio

Congrats to: Armando and family from Mexico City, CDMX on this Blue Merle F1 AussieDoodle puppy.

"Tulio is the smartest pup I’ve ever worked with, sit, look at me and coming when called are going pretty well. In fact I’m starting to tech him fetch, down, and go to your place. Crazy puppy time is the funniest time of the day, a challenge but really fun if lured to a play session."

Franklin

Congrats to: Neil from New York, NY on this Phantom Blue Merle F1 AussieDoodle puppy.

"Franklin loves playing with anything that squeaks just as much as he loves burrowing himself into pillows on the couch. He’s interested in other dogs but is still a little shy on the playing front. He walks on a leash nice and is SO good with new people. He’s been on the subway, in stores, near fountains and sprinklers, and even taken the bus in the city. He is very interested in pools, and likes to sit on the first step, but has yet to swim. He’s good in the car as well. He goes into his crate, which is right next to my bed, at 10:30 every night and nuzzles to sleep. Franklin loves frozen green beans, ice cubes, frozen towels to chew on, and any food puzzle game. He loves bully sticks. He hates the vacuum and when I go in the shower. He likes to lay on the cold tile on the bathroom floors. Thanks for all of the communication and tip/advice over the past 9 weeks since I picked him up. I am so happy to have found such a great dog, and AwesomeDoodle made what could have been a VERY stressful experience very rewarding, and the best bonding experience for me and my new buddy."

Izzy Blue

Congrats to: Reba on this Blue Merle w/White F1 AussieDoodle puppy.

Izzy is doing amazing! She is sooo smart!(maybe a little too smart at times, haha) I found a solution to my bells on the doorknob issue that I mentioned previously (no handle on the door). I found an electronic doorbell called the Smart Bell by Mighty Paw. I installed it about a week and a half ago and everything finally “clicked” for Izzy a few days ago! She now knows to ring her doorbell every time she needs to go potty (only downside is that she thinks she should also ring it to go play outside). I have to try to remember to film her doing it and I’ll post it for everyone! Training is also going really well. She knows how to sit, lie down, come, and learned shake in two days! We are working on stay now—that’s a tough one. We weighed her and she is now 8.2 lbs (up from 4.2 at 8 wks)! Next vet appointment is the 20th for more vaccines. We are looking forward to when she is 16 weeks so she can start going on walks in our neighborhood and around town with us. This week we brought her with to go counter top shopping and everyone in the store fell in love!" - Reba

Leo: Sep 2017 D.O.T.M.

Congrats to: Tyler and Victoria, Louisville, KY on this Black Bi-Color F1 AussieDoodle puppy.

We couldn’t be more happy with baby Leo. He is the most perfect ball of fluff/energy/personality we could have asked for and can’t wait to continue watching him grow up to be the best boy! Leo loves meeting new dogs no matter how big or small and wants to play. Especially since we’ve allowed him interact with “stranger dogs” in our apartment complex after our last round of shots. Leo looks forward to his playdates with Blu (Tyler’s family dog, 2-year-old Border Collie/Terrier) about 5 times a week. We introduced them a couple days after he came home and they’ve been besties ever since. Both of them have tons of energy and like to wrestle each other in the backyard for hours on end. Blu sets a great example for Leo as a very smart/high energy dog with calm and polite behaviors. He has helped with training Leo on etiquette around the house and learning new tricks, because he wants to be a good boy and get treats when Blu gets treats. Even more so than dogs, Leo LOVES new people. We started from the second day introducing Leo to new people, starting with Tyler’s family so we could start working on manners and being calm. Socializing is one advantage of living in an apartment complex because every walk consists of at least 1 new friend in the low traffic areas (until he received all his shots), and now even more that we can go anywhere in the complex. The first couple weeks we also were making about 3 trips to the pet store every week to get more supplies to keep this ball of energy entertained (the toy box is not lacking in options).  Tyler and I collectively have 3-4 training sessions per day using the clicker. Once in the morning after we wake up and go potty outside, once mid-day before we eat lunch, and 1-2 times after work depending on our activities planned.  Leo has mastered sit, down, stay, drop it, fetch, and spin (in that order). ‘Sit’ is a way of life for Leo that we have embedded it since day 1 to promote calm/polite behavior. He knows ‘sit’ before he gets food (not until we set it completely down), before he comes inside for a walk, before he gets picked up in our lap (jumping won’t work), before he gets let out of the crate (whining will not get you anywhere), and before getting into the car. We’ve been lucky that potty training has been a breeze (we use bells on the door). He’s such a good boy and was ringing them day 2 at home which we couldn’t believe. We also made sure to take him out every ~30min, after each (nap/play session/etc.), or whenever he rang the bells. Crate training has probably been the most difficult thing for us so far. Even though we were prepared for no sleep during his first nights alone in the crate, we were still surprised by the volume/pitch coming from this little body (thankfully we have understanding neighbors). It took him 4 nights for the screaming to stop, and now he only (mostly) whines whenever he needs to potty during the night. There have only been a handful of times he’s tricked us and his whining signified “3AM..perfect time to play outside!”. As he gets older the intervals of sleeping through the night get longer. During the course of the week, he now consistently sleeps through the night for about 4 nights and the other 3 will need to get up 1-2 times to go potty. Leo’s favorite activities are his toys and his baby pool on the weekends. Squeaky toys are easily the most fun, and he loves chasing/fetching balls especially his favorite soccer ball that goes everywhere with him. Leo also loves game day watch parties (and his jerseys surprisingly) because that means so many different people to play with for 4 hours! We also got a pet tunnel/chute that he loves to run through and chase toys. We are always looking for more ways to keep his mind stimulated and longer spans of entertainment to prevent boredom that leads to destructive behaviors. Our newest toy/activity Leo just got is the Fetch ‘n’ Treat that is an automatic ball launcher and treat game. Whenever it’s time to wind down from playtime Leo likes to watch TV, chill on his favorite spot in the house, on top of the vent or in his parent’s lap. ‘Nap Hard Play Hard’ is Leo’s motto.

Keeper the blue merle aussiedoodle puppy

Congrats to: Anne Marie and family on this Blue Merle w/ Copper F1 AussieDoodle puppy.

Things are going great with Keeper! He's learned: Sit, Lie down, Ring the bell (at the door to go out), Come (easy one!), Short stay, Look at me, Working on 'leave it'. He's getting used to the car. He loves meeting new people and getting attention. The other day I brought him to a meeting I had--I put him in a puppy sling and walked outside a bit, inside a bit, went up and down stairs, up elevators and down, and then sat with him on my lap for the hour during the meeting--he feel blissfully to sleep.

Chewie

Congrats to: Joe and Lindsay in Indiana on this Blue Merle w/White F1 AussieDoodle puppy.

Logan

Congrats to: Bailey and family on this Black Tuxedo F1 AussieDoodle puppy.

Mattis

Congrats to: Maria and family from West Newbury , MA on this Apricot Bi-Color F1b BerneDoodle puppy.

"Mattis is a gift! He is so calm, loving, and eager to please. We are so in love with this little guy. He has been with us for only four days and adjusted seamlessly - he slept 8 hours straight for the past two nights in his crate with his Snuggle Puppy 🥰 We are so grateful for all of the support from Awesome Doodle staff and especially Tammy Flachman for her work raising such a beautiful litter of BerneDoodles ❤️." - Maria

Bogey

Congrats to: Marc and Kathryn on this Blue Merle w/White F1 AussieDoodle puppy.

"Bogey loves nothing more than to be with his family whether it’s in the water, on the boat, driving around town or waiting patiently for a nibble of cheese. He can be found running the trails, playing frisbee in the yard or nestled by our feet. He completes our family."

Molly the tuxedo Aussie Doodle Puppy

Congrats to: Laura on this Black Tuxedo F1 AussieDoodle puppy.

"Molly very happy playing with her brothers and chasing balls. She is extremely smart, and catches on to agility activities. She loves this sport and runs through tunnels, jumping and the other equipment. She will be able to trial when she is 1. She is going to be fast. Molly is also started nose work and will be trialing when she is old enough. She is so good with this activity as she has a great nose. I think that you can say these dog can do nose work." Laura

trained dog

Monty

Congrats to: Jose and Maddie in New York on this Blue Merle F1 AussieDoodle puppy.

"So far, so good with Mister Monty - Monty for short! He was calm and sleepy on the flight over and had a sleepy weekend as he was acclimating to his new home and parents. On Monday, we took him to the vet and he's totally healthy. He was very sweet and calm at the vet as I've been working on handling with him (paws, teeth, belly, etc) - the handsome man was quite a hit with the vet and vet assistants. Round two of vaccinations scheduled for next week."

Forest

Congrats to: Mark and Judy in New Jersey on this Black Tuxedo F1 AussieDoodle puppy.

"Forest is wonderful.  We took him to the vet today for a wellness check, and she said he is healthy and doing great.  He cried last night in his crate for 20-30 minutes before I was able to get him to relax and fall asleep.  He needed to go out about 4:30a this morning but came back to his crate and went right back to sleep.  He has only had one accident in the house. This afternoon we visited some friends who have labradoodles, and Forest played with the older dogs (7mos. & 11yrs old) and was very social with everyone.  I’ve watched all the videos and plan to work with Forest on the collar & leash training tomorrow.  We started playing fetch with him today—he picked it up very quickly. We love the puppy.  He is a great addition to the family."

Bentley Black Sable Toy Size AussieDoodle

Congrats to: Samone and family in Indiana on this Black Tuxedo F1 AussieDoodle puppy.

"Bentley is doing well! We stopped at a hotel on the drive back and got home late last night. He killed it with sleeping last night. Slept from 10 to 1:30 before a potty break then slept again until 7 am. He was great on the car ride home and always peed on the potty pads we had in the car. Crate training is proving a bit difficult because he can't see me too well out of it but I'm working on propping the crate up a bit to be closer to my bed.  Thanks for sending the articles along. They've been very helpful so far."

Poppy

Congrats to: Margaret and Frank on this Blue Merle w/White F1 AussieDoodle puppy.

"I want to thank all of you for making this a wonderful and engaging experience. There are so many reasons AwesomeDoodle has to be the best group of breeders in the country. From my first step of filling out the application, to the seamless transitions between different people in your group depending on where I was in the process, to the amazing puppy cam, or Sharon’s timely emails and training video suggestions preparing us for our newest family member, to the quick responses to any of my questions, and of course, Jordan and his family raising Blue’s puppies the first eight weeks are just a few of the many reasons you guys are THE BEST!" -Margaret

Izzy-Bella

Congrats to: Marilyn and family from Columbia, TN on this Phantom Blue Merle F1 AussieDoodle puppy.

"We picked up our puppy yesterday. She has had an easy transition to our home. Put her in the kennel last night. Nancy played classical rest music at night, so we played the same thing. Within five minutes, she calmed and went to sleep. Took her to the vet and pet store today. Everyone she meets says she is beautiful. They also comment on how sweet and laidback her personality is. No accidents so far. The only time she didn’t get outside was my fault, so she used the litter box. What an Awesome Doodle. Thank you to everyone who helped us with getting Bella. Even when I was crazy puppy mama-to-be you were very helpful. I want to especially thank Nancy as she did a great job raising these puppies."

Bruno

Bailey

Congrats to: Tessa in Texas on this Black Bi-Color F1 AussieDoodle puppy.

"Well, we fall more in love with Bailey every day!  She is still getting up once during the night and then waking really early, but I know that is because we do go to bed early. I am use to waking around 5:00, so 4:00 isn’t that different. She takes some long naps, early, so I try to get one in, as well, before I have to start working.  She is doing great in the crate and the playpen in my office!!  Potty training is still a work in progress, but she does go every time we take her out.  We try to take her out every twenty minutes, more if she eats, or drinks a lot. The silly girl gets a drink every time she moves and loves to sleep beside her water bowl. She loves being outside, except in the middle of the day when it’s so hot! She loves to run, and roll, in the grass and does this adorable dive onto her belly , with her feet straight out back.   I could go on and on about all of the adorable things she does (chasing a cricket now), but I’m sure you hear a lot of things that these adorable puppies do.  So far, she is everything we have heard awesome doodles are and more!!!"

Ziggy

Congrats to: Paola and family from New York, New York on this Black Phantom F1 AussieDoodle puppy.

"I’ve had Ziggy now for about 6 weeks and he’s truly a gem! Getting him was the best decision I’ve made. Ziggy was crate trained by day 4, potty trained within a week and he can now sit, go down, give his paw, high five, leave it and stay for about 12 seconds. With your guidance, he’s really become such a well mannered pup and will be starting puppy development classes when he’s done with all his shots. Ziggy is so smart and so loving. He’s got such personality and he just makes the days so much brighter for my family and friends."

Freddy

Congrats to: Morgan and family from Anacortes, WA on this Blue Merle w/ White & Copper F1 AussieDoodle puppy.

"Freddy is 15 weeks old, so I wanted to give you an update! Freddy LOVES to play frisbee and fetch. His “drop it” game is so strong 😊 I train him multiple times a day, plus we have a private coach (for me) and go to puppy preschool (for Freddy). He actually just “graduated” puppy preschool and will start a Basic Manners class. He gets very excited meeting new people and doggies, so we are working on calming down when overly stimulated. He loves to pee and also lay down for belly rubs when he’s excited....you can imagine the combination has made for the best messes! Freddy starts falling asleep at 9 PM and wakes up around 7 AM (unless we wake up before him). I love the uninterrupted sleep, for sure! I’d say our biggest challenge is learning to be a better host and not peeing on our guests, and learning to be apart. He loves his crate and his play pen (we did a ton of “crate therapy” after an accident a few weeks ago)...I just personally hate leaving him 😂. We are working on it though, and the articles you have provided are a great resource. My working from home is a blessing and a curse! Freddy gets his final round of shots March 1, and has his first grooming appointment March 5 (to look pretty for his Dad’s homecoming!). We’re looking forward to having our family back together, and taking our little man on some walks! Freddy is a SNUGGLER. He loves to be held and to nuzzle into my neck. I attached one picture of him laying on his back with my finger in his mouth hahah... he is truly a little baby. His coloring is staying exactly how it was when we first got him, which we are surprised but very happy about. Sorry for the long winded post... just love this little guy, and I wanted to share!! Thank you! Hope you are all well."

Dinah

Congrats to: Ives and Cliff in Colorado on this Black Tuxedo F1b AussieDoodle puppy.

Dinah was born September 2, 2018. She weighs 12# and is 15” tall with very long legs. She is an F1b. She is a cuddly snuggle bug. She loves to climb in bed with us in the morning and is all about the evening snuggles on the couch. She loves other dogs and is always ready to play. She is great at entertaining herself in any season in the back yard, doing all kinds of acrobatics and playing with her toys. She is an avid Daycare participant 3x a week. They call her the ambassador because she loves the new puppies and shows them how to play. She has always done well with potty training and slept through the night within a week. We brush her daily when her coat gets longer and get her groomed every 8 weeks. Thanks for giving us our baby. She is the light of our life. - Ives & Cliff

Loki

Congrats to: Brandon and Alex in Nebraska on this Blue Merle w/White F1 AussieDoodle puppy.

"Loki is the sweetest, most cuddly boy around. When he has something to say he lets you know, he’s very vocal! He loves his frisbee and going on walks!"

Brody

Congrats to: Florence and Aaron in California on this Blue Merle w/White F1 AussieDoodle puppy.

"Thank you all for all the work you’ve done to help make our Brody finally ours! He is here with us now safe and sound and we cannot be more thrilled about his homecoming. We are all so crazy IN LOVE with this little baby of ours and I know he will fit right in soon enough."

Riggins

Congrats to: Dan and Amie in Kansas. on this Black Bi-Color F1 AussieDoodle puppy.

"Riggins is awesome!  So far!  Haha.    We traveled 2 days in the car to get back to Wisconsin and he was a trooper. He didn't get car sick, which was my biggest concern since we had 2 days of travel and no way to avoid it.   We set up a small station in the way back with a dog carrier,  toys and pee pads covering the floor.   A space for him to wander other than sitting in our laps in the back seat.  He wandered into that carrier very easily.   I put the yellow duck and a bully stick in there and he'd hang there for minutes at a time.  We stopped frequently and he'd pee outside.   He loved the hotel with space to run.   He slept in the carrier next to our bed THE WHOLE NIGHT without a peep.   We couldn't have asked for a better trip. He's acclimating to the house and we're confining him to the kitchen so far.   I don't want to use the pee pads in the house.  We've got the bell system up (we used that with our previous dog too).  We've started working on "sit".  He's very good already at looking me in the eye when I'm talking to him.    It is bitter cold today here so he's only outside for a minute or two at a time,  but he seems to like the snow.   Overall a total success so far.   Aaand... He slept the WHOLE NIGHT again last night.  We have been lucky. "
