Mini Poochie is an AKC registered, Champion Quality, Mini Australian Shepherd, weighing in at 29 lbs and 16" tall. Since her first litter of puppies, everyone wants a Poochie pup! Poochie pups grow to the 24-29 lb range. Mini Poochie LOVES to snuggle and is so affectionate, and her puppies follow suit. She will usually hang out in whatever room you occupy. Poochie can be independent as well. She will go out in the back yard, find a place to perch and she will hang out on her own. Poochie has a little less energy, and is a little less "high maintenance" than Winnie. In other words, she is not quite as demanding of your time. Poochie is known to get into trouble if she is not monitored. Poochie LOVES to play fetch with the Frisbee, chase squirrels, swim in the pond, and be outside. She is loyal and comes when she is called, but can be stubborn when she has a squirrel in sight. She is a little "sensitive" and very submissive. While she loves kids and adults alike, you should NOT break her trust by yelling at her or scolding her. She does not have one single mean [...]
"We received Otis this morning at the Portland airport with the Puppy Nanny. We couldn’t believe how handsome of a boy he is and super sweet! Our family couldn’t be happier with him!! He and our current dog, Zoë, have already been running and playing doggy tag together in the backyard. I haven’t heard my girls giggle that hard in a while! Too funny. I wanted to personally thank you guys for how much time and energy you guys put into each and every puppy, it shows! I also wanted to thank you for the items you guys sent us through Amazon. Otis loves his squeaky duck. We’ll be staying in touch and updating you guys with his transition here in WA." Otis is a blue merle boy AussieDoodle with tons of rich copper. He will look a lot like his mamma and much like Annie too. Congratulations to Adam and Sheila in Washington.
Dickens is a male, Tri-Color AussieDoodle. He will look just like Oreo when he gets bigger. He has copper on his legs and it's coming in on his eyebrows and cheeks too. Congratulations to Jennifer and Ken in Indiana.
"Odessa has been having a great time so far with her brother. She’s gone to the vet and just like Oscar had no issues with shots. She’s been to puppy class and at week one completed up to week 3 exercises to advance into the week 4 class, so it’s clear she’s very smart and capable. She was timid around the unknown puppies during playtime, but she loves playing with Oscar. I’m almost certain they could tell quickly they are siblings due to how instantaneously they were comfortable with one another. We’ve been keen to monitor and discourage any resource guarding on either side, and encourage sticking to their own toys or food or allow sharing when it’s calm and real sharing. Odessa has already started learning Release at home, which is good. And she’s rewarded for showing calm quiet behavior. Once she’s old enough we will teach her how to speak, whisper, and be silent like her brother." Odessa is a blue merle female AussieDoodle with tons of rich copper. She will look a lot like her mamma. She will also look like her half brother Ned and half sister Mika (just add copper) and much like Annie too. Her copper is some of the brightest copper we've seen. Congratulations to Ara and Alice in California.
"Hey AwesomeDoodle team! Katie and I would also like to take this opportunity to say THANK YOU to every one of you and your families, who clearly not only support what you do but take part in raising these amazing puppies. It is abundantly clear how much effort you put into your work and how much genuine care you put into raising our four legged family members. Finley is an absolute joy. He is everything you claimed and so much more, he has a wonderful personality even at this young age, and it's amazing to watch him continue to develop! He's incredibly smart and ridiculously handsome. Watching him learn brings endless reward, and your continued support and resources are such a huge help. The AwesomeDoodle team are not just breeders, what you're doing has an immeasurable ripple effect. We feel it every morning when we excitedly get out of bed and are greeted by our tale waggingly happy and affectionate pup. We see it every day with huge smiles on the faces of family, friends and strangers who have the opportunity to meet Finley. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you! We appreciate all you've done and continue to do! Keep those tails wagging!" Finley is a red merle male AussieDoodle with that ever so coveted white snout and collar. He's gorgeous with nice copper in his fur that may come out more as he grows. He and his brother are the first red merles we had like this, since London's litter over a year ago. Finley is quite possibly the most beautiful Red Merle we've ever had. Congrats to Chris & Katie in New Jersey!
Wookie is a red merle AussieDoodle with that ever so coveted white snout and collar. He's gorgeous with bold markings and hints of Copper in his fur that may come out more as he grows. He and his brother are the first red merles we had like this, since London's litter over a year ago. Congrats to Pedro, Monica, Samuel & Tomas in Florida.
"Nash is very confident, and very coordinated. She likes to retrieve balls, in the ocean or out of the pool. When I hold the toy underwater she will put her whole face and eyes under to get it. As a swim and surf instructor, this delights me to no end. She's not a huge barker, but she will do a single yelp every couple of minutes when at a restaurant and she's bored. This is probably her worst behavior, if you can call it that. She loves everyone she meets, both dogs, people, and small children. Last week she was running around with a big group of small children I didn't know at the beach last week, and not a single time did she jump up and try to grab them with her mouth, and they were running around trying to get her to chase them etc. I was really impressed. She has surfed with me on the paddle board and we caught lots of waves. She never shakes or trembles or cries when she's on the board, or when we're paddling through waves. This has been awesome. She loves to take my shoes and move them around and her favorite game with them is to take the insoles out. So far she is not destroyed or damaged a single one." Nash is the Classic looking Blue merle that has made AwesomeDoodle famous. She has very little white. Blue Merle all the way down her legs. What more can we say about Nash? She's perfect. Congrats to Sydney in California. He has waited a long time for this girl.
"Thanks for continuing to stay in touch with us and checking in! Eavie has had her vet visit and her first puppy class already. Thanks for the date for her vaccinations - she was all set for class! She was the youngest in her puppy class and so sweet, good and hilarious! She was so worn out that she fell asleep the last part of class. Eavie has gotten better each night with the crate and we are doing pretty well right now with getting outside to potty. We're starting to learn her signs and getting her out in a timely manner. She's definitely a bundle of energy which has brought some challenges! " Eavie is a bi-color and wow she has a ton of white on her. Look at this sweetie! Congrats to Erica and Tony in Washington.
Ivy is a tri-color and wow she has a lot of copper! We love her. Congrats to Jef and family in Texas.
We couldn’t be more happy with baby Leo. He is the most perfect ball of fluff/energy/personality we could have asked for and can’t wait to continue watching him grow up to be the best boy! Congrats to Tyler and Victoria, Louisville, KY
“I think he loves his life, and we love him. There were a lot of other dogs and people on the beach. He met an aussie named Duke who was also 5 months old, a golden lab, a golden retriever, a black lab bull terrier mix named Riley, two Yorkies, and tons of people that stopped to say hello. What’s even better, he’s such a good boy and is doing so well with our ability to trust his listening and training, that he was able to go off leash and play ball and Frisbee for a while, and walk with us with other people and dogs around. He also got to come with us to dinner, we all sat out on the patio at Sam’s Chowder House in Half Moon Bay and he got to enjoy organic chicken breast as a special treat while we had a nice ocean side dinner. There were a couple other dogs out there but Oscar was the calmest, quietest, best behaved boy. The manager came over to say hi and tell him how good he is.” Oscar went home to Ara and Alice and he will have a great life in California!
"Poppy is doing great! She finished her two-week, full time puppy training and is now a pro at sit, down, and wait for it...as long as there are treats involved. She has slept through the night in her crate from day one and is starting to ring the bell when she needs to go out. She has made fast friends with our dog walker and charmed everyone in sight in her first trip to Home Depot last weekend. She's just about the perfect puppy. Except she's getting big too fast. Any advice on how to slow that down?" This is Poppy, and she has gone to her furever home with Stephanie and family in Minnesota.
This is Moe, and he has gone home with Bill and Deb in Louisiana, congratulations. He is a beautiful little guy. We can't wait to see how he looks as he grows.
Congrats to Don, Christy, and family in Florida. This is their second AwesomeDoodle. Their first is Tilly. Thanks so much and congrats on your new boy.
Mika, the gorgeous Blue Merle Mini AussieDoodle puppy, heading to her new home in Georgia.
Congrats Laura! This is one lucky pup, as she will get to do agility and lots of other training and fun too. Stay tuned to watch this girl and her exciting life.
