Poppy is being raised by:

Jordan, Angela and their Amazing AussieDoodles

Meet Jordan. Jordan is raising AussieDoodles near Columbus, Ohio. He’s got “country” in his blood, and “family” in his heart. What shines most about Jordan, is his love for his Aussie Doodle Puppies. Jordan is one proud doodle daddy, and for good reason. Aside from his dogs being absolutely gorgeous, they are well trained, athletic, and best of all, super affectionate. Jordan has years of experience raising Aussies. To say that Jordan is “addicted to aussies” is an understatement.  When you ask Jordan why he likes it so much, he’ll tell you it’s the smiles [read more]

  • Hi AwesomeDoodle Family,
I just want to update you on Poppy. First of all, she is beyond adorable! She was very cautious the first 24 hours in her new home, so we took your advice, and introduced new things slowly. She is still wary of the backyard, but it has helped that the warm winds have settled down. She definitely didn’t like the wind. Crate training is going well. Last night she went 8 1/2 hours! She woke up only once, but quickly went back to sleep when I reached over and put my fingers in the crate. She had her first pee accident on a rug today, so I’m happy with the potty training progress. She’s very good about using a litter box.  She loves her mini training sessions. After watching Tom’s video, I put a collar on her for the first time. Once it was on her, there weren’t any problems. She is a happy, curious, and smart little dog. Today during one of her crazy puppy moments she started jumping straight up with all four feet leaving the ground while playing with her toy. It’s hilarious, and I don’t think I’ve ever seen a dog do that.
I want to thank all of you for making this a wonderful and engaging experience. There are so many reasons AwesomeDoodle has to be the best group of breeders in the country. From my first step of filling out the application, to the seamless transitions between different people in your group depending on where I was in the process, to the amazing puppy cam, or Sharon’s timely emails and training video suggestions preparing us for our newest family member, to the quick responses to any of my questions, and of course, Jordan and his family raising Blue’s puppies the first eight weeks are just a few of the many reasons you guys are THE BEST!
A special thank you to Jordon for giving Poppy a such great start. His son made Poppy’s Week 7 training video my favorite of the series. In addition to Angela’s giggle in the background, Poppy wasn’t at all phased by James’ participation, and it was obvious by Jordan’s response, this was just a normal day in the Rogers’ household! Priceless!! --Thank you all, Margaret

Congrats to Margaret and Frank on this beautiful little girl! Poppy is a gorgeous female blue merle puppy with a full white collar extending onto her belly, feet and tail. She has a touch of cinnamon in her merle coat which we adore. We think she will look a lot like Pippa as she grows. She is puppy perfection!

  • Size: We estimate Blue X Champ puppies to be between 10-20 lbs full grown.

  • Born Tuesday, December 31th, 2019.

This is Champ, weighing in at a petite 10lbs. Champ is the perfect family dog. He likes to go on walks off leash, and sticks very close to his family. We call him “little champy” and he comes to us without even thinking about it. At Mike’s house, he has four human brothers and sisters and loves them all, even Mike’s 2 year old son. As you can see in his video, he is very playful and has a pretty good attention span, especially at only 10 months [read more]

Blue is our sweet Mini Aussie. She is our smallest in size but she makes up for it in heart. Blue is very agile and athletic and keeps up with the bigger dogs and sometimes beats them in races. She looks up to the older dogs and enjoys playing and belly rubs. When it’s time to go outside she gets so excited to play, she can barely contain her self. She’s full of life and happiness and is a true Aussie in temperament, and doesn’t have toy-ish [read more]
