When it’s time to pick your new little baby, you’ll want to know what it will look like when it matures. When our AussieDoodles go home with their furever families, we keep in touch with all of them. They send us photos of their AussieDoodles when they grow up and we post them on their dedicated web page here. Here are just a fraction of the photos of adult AussieDoodles submitted to us by our families.

RemDog: Nov 2017 D.O.T.M.

"Remy is very honored to be AwesomeDoodle of the Month! He is a pretty great doodle, but I am biased. Here are some Remy updates: Likes -- Sojos puppy treats, of-leash hikes (hikes in general and being off leash in general also..), other Aussies (he has a special bond with them), morning snuggles, belly rubs, the snow and catching snowballs, running with friends or after a ball at the dog park, giving kisses (he is [read more]

Luli is a "parti" AussieDoodle, with blue merle as well. She also has great face and ear color. What a little angel she is. Can't wait to see how she looks when she gets older. Her coat is going to be gorgeous. Congrats to Barb and family in Washington on this cutie.

Cibo: December 2017 D.O.T.M.

"Cibo continues to amaze us every day with how smart he is (he already recognizes our building coming home from walks, and knows which apt door is his) and how well he's adjusting to his new home." Cibo (Chee-Bo) is black and white "tuxedo" AussieDoodle. He is all black with just a sliver of white on his chest, plus a TINY bit of white on his back feet and a little white chin. Look at this cutie. Congrats to Abbey and Stu

Otto

What can we say about Otto? He has it all. Otto is a blue merle AussieDoodle with a full collar, copper on his face and on his legs. Otto is going to turn heads as he gets older and his colors really shine. He looks exactly like a classic blue merle Aussie (or maybe better). Congrats to Laura and Bonnie on this beautiful boy.

Kinzie the soon to be famous AussieDoodle

"She's the most adorable puppy I've ever seen." Says Courtney. Kinzie is a high contrast Blue merle female AussieDoodle Puppy. She has black splashes everywhere, plus two different shades of silver. Look at this doll! Congrats to AwesomeDoodle's own Courtney!

Boomer

"Boomer has been in training since his little paws hit New Jersey soil and he is amazing. Boomer is almost finished with his puppy kindergarten class. We had his trainer come to school to check on the spaces we have for Boomer, to watch him in a class and around school. We wanted to make sure that everything was the best for Boomer. The trainer told us that only once in a great while you get a puppy like Boomer, he said we won the lottery. His personality was perfectly suited for therapy. I knew I won the lottery the first day I saw his little puppy picture at one day old. Three local magazines want to write articles on Boomer and numerous people ask where we got such an amazing dog.  Myself and the two other handlers all believe Boomer was born to be a therapy dog. He intuitively has gone to certain students or adults who need extra attention. There are numerous examples I could give showing his kind heart and understanding soul.A paw on a sneaker and a sweet look is all it took to bring an anxious child back to calm and ready to continue their day. His only job this year at school is to get to know the schools, the sights and sounds of students and to be a puppy. When he comes across a child, in his journeys, that looks sad or upset he has gone over to interact with them. Boomer has made a difference by just being present. The joy, smiles, and kindness he brings wherever his furry feet bring him. The students were shown a google slide show about Boomer and how to approach him and to always ask if they can pet him. The slides also showed how to pet him and reminded students that he is still a young puppy and that we need to take care of him and make him feel happy and safe at our school." A blue merle boy with lots of light gray, make all his colors stand out. Congrats to Shari F and family. Boomer is going to be a service dog!

Cooper: January 2018 D.O.T.M.

"Cooper is doing great! He is a hit with all our family, friends, neighbors, baseball families, and the vet. Everyone that meets him loves him! They're impressed with how well behaved he is and they all love that they can pet him." Cooper is a black and white bi-color and he is one of the rare ones with tons of white. What a cute boy. He looks just like a bi-color Aussie. Congrats to Denise W and Family!

Leo

"Things are great with Leo. He's relaxed and gotten more energetic, playing harder, sleeping better (first few nights predictably rough), and having so much fun exploring his new place. He's SO SMART - already sort of ringing bell to go out some of the time, knows where to go, is coming when called, sitting calmly once he arrives (sometimes after some jumping around of course) knowing he'll be rewarded, and starting to play fetch."   Leo has it all. Blue merle boy with striking markings and copper all over him. Congrats to Kim S and family.

Brandy

"We LOVE Brandy. Very, very smart. Training going well. Brandy is the sweetest, loving, gentle dog. She and our Goldendoodle get along famously. She loves everyone and even other dogs that come for a visit! She weighs 34.3 lbs at 6 months old She’s 21 inches tall from floor to top of shoulders." Brandy is a red tricolor AussieDoodle. She is the very first red tricolor we have ever had and we are so proud! Congrats to Pam and John S. She will be very loved.

Brandy

Tucker

Tucker is a Black Tri-color. "Tri" means he is black, white and gold / copper. His copper markings will get a little more prominent as he grows. It is rare for us to have tri-colors with this much copper on them; we love them. Congratulations to Griffin, Kendall, and Family!

Lennon Red Tri-Color AussieDoodle

"Lennon is amazing! We got home a couple of hours ago. He did great in the car and so far so good at home. He could very easily become a real lap dog but I'm purposely trying not to pick him up too much. Right now he's quietly sitting under the chair I'm sitting on. I know it's still the honeymoon period but he is just so good! He follows me everywhere but I assume that will change as he gets more comfortable with his surroundings." Lennon is arguably the best red tri-color we have ever had. Very rare to have a red tri that looks this perfect. And add a full collar? Incredible! Congrats to Susan T. and family!

"We are so so happy with him.  He's doing really well. He met both families and he's soooo well behaved!" Stout is a gorgeous, blue merle mini aussiedoodle puppy. He's got a striking coat with handsome, high-contrast black and white markings. Check out that black and white sock! Congrats to Dominic C and family.

Logan

"The first couple of days were a bit of a learning curve, but thanks to the videos and plenty of chew toys we're on track. ;) He's resting just near me in his puppy bed. We were just outside running around. He just loves exploring our yard. He's doing well. :)" Logan is a super sweet, black and white tuxedo mini AussieDoodle puppy. He's got adorable, tiny white markings on his chin, chest, and paws! Congrats to Bailey and family!

Wilson

"Wilson is amazing! This week we worked a lot on eye contact, positive reinforcement for his name, trail walks and leash time.  Every morning after I take my daughter to school, Wilson and I hit the trails at the town park. It's very wooded with a creek and still lots of snow. We walk for about an hour so he gets plenty of exercise and lots of time to practice off leash commands. And he's perfect!    I fenced in a 20'x30' area off my front door for easy outdoor potty training. That door has a bell and Wilson started using it to let me know he needs to go out. Potty training is going very good too! In that area we can play fetch in the afternoon to help him get ready for a calm evening.    Indoors he is still in the kitchen with a bed and a crate and a training mat. He goes back and forth to the crate and bed when he's there. At night he's been sleeping from 10:30 to about 6:30. Some nights he needs out around 5:00 but not often.    He's in the car everyday. To the park, to the store, or to volleyball tournaments. This weekend we are in Watertown and he is the hit of the tournament again!  He plays with the girls between games, I take him out on his leash for potty breaks and during games he was in his crate next to the bench where he mostly slept! And it would get pretty exciting at times, but he was so good!!! The last game of the day today, he sat with my friend on his blanket in her lap or next to her and just watched the game. Literally everyone remarks about how cute, perfect, well behaved, smart he is.   I haven't experienced any crazy puppy nights this week. Some grabbing at pant legs but he "leaves it" quickly in return for a toy or treat. Yelping helps with finger/hand chewing and having something else to offer.   The coach taught him to roll over today in about 15 minutes while I was tending to a players injury. Like I said before, he's perfect! Keep sending the training videos, we're eating them up! " Congrats to Jennifer R and her family.

Wilson

Juno

"She's an ace at sitting and waiting her turn for treats on her first day home! She's really doing great. She waits her turn and she stays sitting the whole time now, even while the other dogs are getting their treats and jumping around." Juno is a blue merle and she looks (and acts) a lot like a puppy named Thunda, from our previous litter. She is very outgoing and doesn't know the word "SHY". She is a tiny bit bigger than the rest of her litter. We expect the litter to end up in the 30-40lb range, and she may be in the 35-40lb range. Not only is she the most outgoing, she is quite demanding of our attention already. She likes to be doing SOMETHING or being loved on, all the time. She has an amazing fluffy coat and we expect her to be VERY low shedding. Congrats to Amy and her family.

Juno

Riley: The Sable AussieDoodle Puppy

"We are having a great time with Riley! She was so good in the car on the ride home and is learning our routines at home. She saw our vet on Monday and he said she looks great!  She slept 5 hours on Tuesday night and 7 hours last night!  Riley is great at sitting and she knows she has to sit and wait to come inside or eat. We're working on 'stay' but that is harder!  She's very mouthy but we're working on distraction and ignoring the behavior.  The boys are learning that if they stop moving (hands, feet) she stops nipping.  She's got the bells down for potty training but she also likes to just play with them!   She is just a joy and we're so happy she's home!" Congrats to Liz and family.

Tucker: Red merle aussiedoodle

"Tucker is doing great. He is so smart - already going up and down stairs, easily finds his way home, sits for food and to go outside. He is so fun and engaging; curious about everything but mostly, his pure love of people draws everyone in. He treats everyone like his new best friend. What a gift! If there is a more perfect dog somewhere, you'd have to convince me. Thanks to you and your family for your tremendous care of him!" Congrats to Steve and Brenda W.!

Evie: the red merle aussiedoodle

"Little Evie is doing great! Her potty training is going well - we've had a few accidents when it's raining outside, but for the most part she's great! She's a doll and we can't get enough of her! Our Goldendoodle has formed a special bond with her; she's the best babysitter! She's used to her crate- even puts herself to bed some nights around 9:45! She has mastered sitting and down. She comes when called when I have treats! We are using the bell system and teaching her to have her feet cleaned after going out! Our Golden lifts her paws for them to be cleaned- When we first started this with Evie she didn't like it one bit. Now, she allows me to clean her paws and even allows me to clip her toenails without throwing a fit! I will be contacting a trainer soon to  help with excitement when people come to the door and a few other things! Evie loves long walks and she prefers plush toys over balls. I would like to train her to catch a frisbee - she seems to like catching toys in the air already! We've taken her on many outings. She's wonderful with our kids, other kids, and people in general. She is still a little scared of other dogs, but overall, she is very smart and very loving! We could not be happier with her! :) Thank you for the videos and communication! We appreciate it!" Congrats to Stephanie and Bill.

Ozzie: the black tuxedo mini Aussiedoodle puppy

"Bentley is AMAZING.  He took right to our girls and family.  He did not have an accident the entire car ride. Made it home and we took him in the yard and he did his business. He played with us in the yard for a while and relaxed with us for a bit in the evening. Only 1 small accident  (and it is my fault bc I took my eyes off him while getting ready to take him out). He is an AMAZING dog and we are lucky to have him in our family. I will be sure to read ALL of these tips and appreciate any advice you may have.   The trainer is scheduled to come tomorrow. We are absolutely in love!" Congrats to Justine and Family in Connecticut on this cutie.
