When it’s time to pick your new little baby, you’ll want to know what it will look like when it matures. When our AussieDoodles go home with their furever families, we keep in touch with all of them. They send us photos of their AussieDoodles when they grow up and we post them on their dedicated web page here. Here are just a fraction of the photos of adult AussieDoodles submitted to us by our families.

Kinley : June 2018 ADOTM

Kinley is a true lover boy. He knows no stranger and thinks every dog/cat wants to be his pal. He is kind, sweet and smart. In the evening he thinks he is a lap dog. Kinley loves to go for car rides, even if it doesn’t mean he gets to go somewhere fun. He loves to go hiking. He is pretty much happy doing whatever we are doing. He seems to know when to ‘hang out and be chill’, or run around the back yard with my youngest son. He loves to hike and explore the mountains. He rolls around on the tundra and growls at nothing. :) He is a goofy, happy, sweet boy! We couldn’t love him any more. Congratulations to Linda in Alaska.

Dash

"We really enjoyed meeting Natalie when we picked Dash up today — and we got to meet Annie (who is such a dream dog), plus Tater Tot and Libby!! It was really fun to see them in person. Annie jumped in our first family photo...such a doll. And I even managed to get an accidental pic of Annie and Dash “saying goodbye.”  Dash is amazing!!! Very sweet and cuddly. Had some “crazy puppy time” earlier and we all got a kick out of him. Poor guy got a little carsick on the way home, but otherwise did great. Our kids were completely shocked — and he warmed up to them quickly. Our big dog Penny finds him very interesting  and is getting lots of sniffs in.  He’s stuck to us like glue right now — and we love it! " Dash is a blue merle male AussieDoodle with intense copper, half eye mask like moma, and a little white. Congratulations to Christine and Mark in Texas.

The training videos are so informative and helpful!!"   Griffey is a dark blue merle with tons of copper throughout his coat. He will look a lot like Buddy when he grows up, but add copper. Congratulations to Kim and Chris in Massachusetts.

Moose

"Moose is following my goldendoodle out the dog door to go potty ! I go and encourage though.  He didn’t cry last night when I put him in kennel to bed and slept all the night again ! Yay!  He’s bonding with us nicely . I take him everywhere it’s ok to - so he’s meeting lots of people . He’s meeting all the neighbor dogs too. That’s going well.  I hold him for that or he stays by my legs. " Moose is a tuxedo AussieDoodle with hints of copper in his coat. He's such a sweet boy. We can't wait to see how he grows up.  Congratulations to Angie and Morris in Texas

Oakley

Aster

“In Nov we transitioned to full-time traveling in our RV. We weren’t sure how Aster would like this lifestyle- she lived and roamed freely on 5 acres before. But she seems to really love this traveling thing! She gets to enjoy a lot more walks, the dog parks at the campgrounds, and more varied hiking experiences. She goes everywhere with us that dogs are allowed. When we go somewhere that dogs aren’t allowed she hangs [read more]

Daisy

"Overall, Daisy is doing really well! I have already taught her several commands, such as sit, stay, and lay down! She is becoming well socialized, as I am able to bring her to work! We have also been to petsmart, friends' houses, and other stores that allow dogs. She gets along so well with every person and dog she meets."   Daisy is a red merle female with some white on her paws and chest.  Congratulations to Chad and Bailey in Arizona.

Miko

"We are doing well. Miko is settling in.  Sleeping well in the crate at night.  Doing OK in the potty training.  As of now has sit, down and almost stay mastered…. And learned fetching yesterday! " Miko is a blue merle aussiedoodle with a lot of copper.  L@@K!!! Wow.  Congratulations to Mel and Brian in California.

Luna

" Things with Luna are going great, she’s such a great puppy, and of course very smart! She’s is doing great with sit, come, and eye contact, she’s even almost mastered down. We have a few other things our trainer had taught us to work on, touch, trade, and gotcha, she’s doing great with those things too. Thankful we do not have a car sick problem, and she loves to ride in the car. We have been very proactive with socializing, she comes with us everywhere!! Crate training is going well, she sleeps in hers every night with no complaints. We are learning to deal with crazy puppy time, Luna loves to chase a ball, and is even starting to fetch and bring it back, so that’s usually how we get rid of extra energy. She does still like to chew on me more than my husband and son, but when she gets out of control with it I usually remove myself for a few min. That helps. Thanks a bunch for everything!" Luna is a blue merle aussiedoodle female with a lot of white.  Congratulations to Megan and Ryan in North Carolina.

Brady Red Bi-Color

"We’re doing great with Brady.  We could not be more in love with this little guy.    He is affectionate, playful, smart, happy, and makes us laugh every day.  He makes little progressions each day.  We are one week in, and he is doing great with crate training.  He goes in on his own when he knows we’re getting ready for bed, even before we’re ready to put him in there.  And as I’m typing this, he just went in there on his own to take a nap . . . that’s the first time on his own during the day!  woop woop!  He sleeps 7-8 hours at night unless Dave or I get up to go potty.  Then he wants to go out, too.  But he goes right back in and falls back asleep after one run-through of the ukelele version of Somewhere over the Rainbow. lol  (I don’t know why, but it soothes him immediately.)  Potty training is progressing fine, too.  He has started hitting the bells when he has to go — not every time, but he’s getting there.  He has had a couple accidents, but each time has been when I knew he had to go but couldn’t get him out right at that moment.  I’ve been using boiled chicken for training, as he doesn’t really go crazy over the training treats.  He cracks us up the way he slams his butt down and looks at us for chicken!!  We are starting to work on name recognition and coming when called.  Like I mentioned to Tom, I feel like I know you both from all the videos and emails, like you’re an old friend!  It’s comforting to know we can reach out to you for support, so thank you!" Brady is a gorgeous red bi-color AussieDoodle with tons of white. What a beautiful little guy.  Congratulations to Dave, Mary Beth, and Brooke in Florida.

Oreo Cookie

"Oreo has been home with us one day and she such a good girl. We had a bit of a rough night last night but she did OK. I learned a couple things on your email below that I will try tonight that should help. Oreo is experiencing new things every minute. She loves the feel of grass on her paws and the sunshine of California. She did very well on the plane, but really perked up when we got her home." Oreo Cookie is a hard to find tri-color AussieDoodle with lots of white. She has bits of copper on her eyebrows, her cheeks and legs, and these will come out as she grows.  Congratulations to Jan and Thom in California.

Digby

"It’s been one full week with Digby O’Dog and we couldn’t be happier with the way he is coming along. The drive home was fabulous!! Even though it was a 9 hour drive he did GREAT!  No mess in the car, slept well, and was just a joy." Digby is a Black Tri-color AussieDoodle. That means he has black, lots of white, and also Copper.   Congratulations to Sally and Brad in North Carolina.

Digby

Cashew

"It crazy how much Cashew has grown — he’s now 13 pounds but packs the punch of a much bigger dog.  What Cashew loves - stuffed animals, goat horns, playing outside in the park, playing with all dogs and saying hi to little humans  What Cashew does not like — baths, alone time anywhere, vacuums, church bells, being held for too long  Socialization - doggy daycare, dog park, play dates with neighborhood pups, taking the subway  Super smart signs — “secretly” takes out goat horn from night crate and will eat it quietly in the hallway instead of bringing it to the living room, knows leave it and drop it like a champ, knows to sit until we give the release word for all meals  Thanks so much for all the advice Courtney! Cashew is growing into a wonderful pup and shows us he learns so well.  We look forward to staying in touch!" Cashew is a red merle male AussieDoodle. What a stunning boy.  Congratulations to Lucy and Alex in New York.

Selby

"We have our Selby girl!  She is adorable, loving, playful and everything else a puppy should be!  Our pick up went smoothly and she traveled well, maybe a little stressful for her since she did have a few loose stools but she acted like a champ.  Some crying the last two nights (in her crate) but she calmed quickly.  We are of course working on the potty, except for a few accidents, she does go outside when we take her out and she enjoys running around our patio area.  Thanks for the training information, we are trying our best to have the best Awesome Doodle!"   Selby is a tuxedo AussieDoodle. If you don't like the look of white feet, this is your girl. What a sweet little one.  Congratulations to Maria and Tom in Kentucky.

Selby

Hudson

"Hudson is doing great! He's growing very fast. Already 12 lbs and growing tall.  He's is sleeping well at night and is better with the crate. He still won't go in by himself while we are around but he doesn't fight us at bedtime. He loves toys and plays with all of them. His favorite is a pillow pet.  He loves his bully sticks especially before bedtime. His crazy puppy times have gotten shorter and less wild.  He loves to cuddle on the sofa before bed.  He is the happiest when we all sit together as a family in the family room. Potty training has been good. He has learned to ring the bell at the door when he needs to go out.  The funny thing is that he rings it when he wants attention and wants to play. So we have to figure out what he really wants. He loves going for walks and meeting other dogs in the neighborhood.  He is the star attraction at the bus stop when the kids come home for school and he is learning to meet other children calmly."   Hudson is one of AwesomeDoodle's exceptional Blue merle male AussieDoodles. What a handsome boy. He will look a lot like RemDog when he grows up.  Congratulations to Neil and Bhavisha in New Jersey.

Belle

"Belle's doing great and is such a joy. She's well on her way with crate and potty training, and we got her to the vet this weekend as well. All of the information you provide is super helpful, and Mark was great when we picked her up as well. We also really appreciate the care gift! ; )" Belle is one of AwesomeDoodle's ever so coveted Classic blue merle females.  Congratulations to Tony and Sunny in Georgia.

Belle

Loganberry

"Going great. Loganberry is super smart and quick to pick things up.  Only challenge has been crate during the day - he's not having it.  Feeding him in there and trying some treat puzzles later today.  Potty training is going really well.  He went on the leash for the first time today and did amazingly well right away." Loganberry (Logan) is an exceptional blue merle boy. Wow L@@K!  Congratulations to Vera in California.

Loganberry

Toby

"All is going very well with Toby! He is so smart! Just wanted to say Thank You for such an Awesome pup! Your organization and the way you do everything is so Good! I really like the support emails and videos too! Toby went to the vet yesterday and all was good. Got the results of the sample today and that was all clear, too." Toby is a bi-color with a white collar and white legs. What a cute boy he is.  Congratulations to Robin and David in Colorado.

Sully

"At 4 months old, Sully is a whole whopping 6 lbs ;) He has several nicknames including Sullis, Sulliban/Sullivan, Sull-bull, & monkey-head. Sully is smart and incredibly affectionate (he loves to cuddle and is a total mama's boy). He comes to the store with me on days I'm working the floor and has participated in a few therapy events already! We worked really hard in the beginning to introduce him to many different places, people, and animals - and it's paid off. Sully loves greeting people as well as playing with new dogs (and even cats). He has even ridden a horse with mom! Everybody who meets him wants their own "Sully". We love him so very much." Sully is a toy size blue merle male AussieDoodle. What a cute boy. Check out that eyeliner! Congrats to Jaci (Miss North Dakota 2012) and her husband Kolt in South Dakota.

Rudy

When this cutie was born, Jordan called me and said, "Name him S'mores"! He's got the milk chocolate, the marshmallow, and the graham cracker. I think he has a little caramel in there too. We love his new name too - Rudy!  What a cute little guy.  Congratulations to Ana and Jay in Texas.
